Catrese Fields Alston

Founder / CEO

Her main passion is to ensure work-life balance for families and individuals including those with disabilities. She wants to continue to empower others to live a stable and healthy life. Her goal is launching a city-to-city Tour to empower others to Rise & Shine beyond their circumstances for they are Masterpieces and they Matter in the City. Prior to establishing these businesses Catrese was born in Newark, NJ and partially raised in Williamston, NC. She obtained her degree from Liberty University. She has worked as a Rehabilitation Specialist for Roanoke Chowan Human Services in the Psychosocial Program for Adults with disabilities and volunteered at Tideland Mental health with children. She has worked in boys and girls group homes tutoring and forming focus sessions through group counseling. Catrese has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years and has managed and helped others establish many for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations in order to complete their 501c3 and receive grants and or loans over millions of dollars. She was a Mentor through SBA program called Score dedicated to helping small business owners get off the ground, grow, and achieve their goals.

 

Catrese has an extensive background in public relations as she has collaborated with Dekalb County Commissioner Larry Johnson in Stopping the Violence and Business Brunches for the community, Domestic Violence Shelter for Women, SCLC with President Charles Steele and his wife to work against sex trafficking, Veterans Helping Veterans and other agencies. She has worked with organizations to improve operational and program effectiveness and provided management consulting for them on growth structure, strategic budgets, customer satisfaction, staff performance including diversity/inclusion. She has been an  advocate on policy issues in health and human services and she has a successful track record in building collaborations and partnerships within diverse environments and researching.

 

In her spare time, she writes, sings, produces short films, public speaking, artist management, host events, provide community give-back events, acting, and much more. She has been on the set of various tv shows to name a few: Star, The Resident, The Gifted, P-Valley, Love and Hip Hop, Echo 3, The Bucket List, The Game, Life-Love & Lock-Up documentary, and more. She has written and is currently directing her own film called “Behind Every Door” with a full cast. She has a song released on all music platforms called “We Got US” with her spouse Saga Boss and her stage name Queen Diamond. She believes if you have a Vision then it can become a Reality so Live in Freedom Everyday.

 

Catrese has been the Host for Talk Show Divas on 1061TV, The Life Lounge, The Luv Parlor and Ask Cat. She is a Contributing Author of two #1 best seller books on Amazon: Declaring To Win The Fight and Life, Love, & Lockup. She has won many awards including Film Festivals, Ms. ATL Hottest, ATL Hottest Makeup Artist, Media Author, Philanthropist General, Overcomer Award, Executive Excellence Award, Leadership Award, Entrepreneurship Summit award at Martin Community College, and received a proclamation from Governor Brian Kemp of Atlanta . She was presented a Resolution with a annual day in honor of her name  from Peter Banks, the Mayor of Barnesville Georgia acknowledging all of her work and impact in the community. Catrese has been in various magazines including Iconique, Boss Mode, Memphis Voyage, VerbzUp, and etc...
